Rock Roses

The Ojai Community Demonstration Garden boasts several varieties of Rock Roses. They are beautiful, drought-tolerant shrubs that create quite a show in the spring. The masses of flowers are appreciated for their good looks, as well as their pollen! Photos by Les Dublin

Very pretty!of course. I found this website to locate the following one, I can't recall its common name, that I have a question about:
http://www.plantlife.co.nz/images/photo_library/CISTUS%20LADANIFERAE%20ROCK%20ROSE%20%5b%2001%2013%2004%20%5d.jpg
Does the Demo Garden have any of these Cistus Rock Rose shrubs left?
(At one time these lovelies grew in at least three different locations: one growing at the entrance to the garden, if I remember correctly.)

Sorry, we couldn't locate that one. We have one with similar markings but its petals are bright pink (like the color of the cistus in the last picture).

Crimson-spot Rock Rose is the name I couldn't recall. There were the white petalled ones (behind the irrigation box) and also the bright pink ones, like in the third photo, with the crimson spot on each petal.
Oh, well...
